What You Need:
For Tenants:

- Utility authorization letter from your landlord
- A valid ID
- A deposit (amount varies based on property size and A/C units):
- 1 Bedroom: $125–$175
- 2 Bedroom: $150–$300
- 3 Bedroom: $200–$400
- 4 Bedroom: $250–$500+
For Homeowners:
- Proof of ownership (property deed)
- A valid ID

- Connection Fee: $25
- Deposit: Required for tenants, waived for homeowners
